Improv is a theatrical experience like no other!  It involves the quick reaction to staged situations, usually based on real life experience.  It is conducted in a non-threatening manner that develops trust amongst the players, listening skills, and mental faculties.  It provides an outlet for emotion and humour which leads to enhanced self-image and well-being.

In our two-hour weekly sessions we practice Improv skills by developing our own life experiences into situations where we play games, switch roles, find punch lines, and make up characters. None of our work is scripted which makes for fresh performances every time we “take our act on the road.”

We are fortunate to have a local professional coach to whom we can turn for advice. to learn more about her programme, and to discover what Improv acting can do for you, check out
